Our Thai holiday homes are located just 180 km from Bangkok, Rayong Province, on the shores of the Gulf of Thailand in the quaint village of Mae Phim. Our gated residential area, Seabreeze Residence, is just couple hundred meters from stunning 7km long sandy Mae Phim beach.

It is easy to come to the holiday homes by our partner's taxi ride and you can enjoy your own peace of mind but also full services if you wish. If desired, the owner of the villa takes care of service reservations.

The houses have four bedrooms, where larger group or family can spend their holidays with up to eight people! When you rent both houses, there is room for up to sixteen residents!

SEABREEZE - RESIDENTIAL AREA
The swimming pool in the residential area is at your disposal during your stay and the pool restaurant is open during the high season, also serving breakfast. The swimming pool at Seabreeze Residence was renovated in the summer of 2018 and at the same time switched to a new type of chlorine-free cleansing method that is skin- and environment-friendly.
